Full Job DescriptionThe PAA (Parts, Accessories and Apparel) Logistics Project Lead willparticipate in strategy development and act as a project lead for thetransformation of BRP’s worldwide PAA distribution centres. Workingwith management, you will be responsible for delivering operationalexcellence, enabling us to deliver world-class service to ourcustomers through strategic projects and the implementation ofcontinuous improvements. By making efficient use of our supply chain,the Project Lead is constantly looking for ways to improve servicewhile reducing costs. Prioritizing multiple demands from diversestakeholders, leading and influencing partners, and adapting to ahighly dynamic environment will be the main challenges of this role.YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Support the PAA growth plan andcustomer value proposition. Provide leadership and collaborate withour 3PLs and service providers for enhanced solution implementation.Manage the project budgeting/forecasting process and implement costmitigation strategies, as needed. Establish a network of externalvalue-added partners to introduce new concepts within the company.Coordinate the work done by a multidisciplinary team associated withproject realization. Facilitate various workshops to identifyimprovement opportunities, monitor indicators and implement actionplans. Enhance our customer service promise in line with BRP's brandpositioning and the changing competitive landscape. Adapt PAAoperation practices using new growth vectors, such as B2C and vehiclepersonalization. YOU WILL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THEFOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: A bachelor’s degree in industrialengineering, operations management, logistics or another relevantfield. At least 8 years of experience in supply chain projectmanagement in similar industries (automotive, consumer goods,replacement parts, etc.). Proven experience in distribution centreorganization projects. Skilled in leading supply chain optimizationprojects, including implementing associated systems. Adept at applyingproject management best practises. Good knowledge of the SAPenvironment. A proven ability to operationalize the strategic plan toachieve the company's desired profitability objectives. The ability tocommunicate effectively and promote your ideas at different levels ofthe organization, including senior management. Recognized as apassionate leader who is focused on people, organizationaldevelopment, relationship building and change management. Organizedand analytical, focused on improving processes and maximizing systemcapabilities.
