Job Description:


Computer Sciences is seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a mid-to-senior level position with a requirement of 8 years of experience, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service processes - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolution - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success initiatives - Develop and maintain customer support training materials - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities - Creativity and problem-solving skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Experience with CRM software and customer support tools
