ERP Implementation

Job position: Implementation SpecialistReports to: IT ManagerWe need someone to have basic understanding of IT applications, security, servers, data validation (gate keeper of the data) writing test plans.A strong problem solver, and have problem troubleshooting abilities, as well as superior time management Duties:· Research, prepare, maintain and present timelines required for projects· Coordinate stakeholder communications to ensure timely decision making· Ensure quality standards are met, in line with corporate objectives· Able to complete data cleansing and verification· Database setup· Mapping legacy data to new database fields· Data transfer to the new system· Testing and verification and validation of legacy data· Testing and verification and validation of new data inputs· Support and/or lead other activities as required.· Documentation and training Employment and Educational Requirements:Project management policies and proceduresProficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft ProjectProject and risk management principlesERP implementation experienceStrong communication and organizational skillsThanks in advance to all the applicants.
