We create a variety of high-end custom millwork, casework, architectural woodwork, surface cladding and themed spaces for restaurants, hotels, casinos, entertainment facilities, condominiums, malls and many other public spaces.RESPONSIBLITIES:Proficient in V-Carve programming software and possess strong skills within the millwork industry.Translate technical designs into precise CNC machine instructions, ensuring high-quality production of custom woodwork and cabinetry.Develop and program CNC machine tool paths using V-Carve softwareImport and work with DXF files to create CNC programs for wood machiningCollaborate with Project Managers and production teams to ensure accurate execution of millwork designs?Set up and adjust CNC machines for various projects, including cabinetry and custom wood piecesTroubleshoot and optimize machine performance to ensure high-quality outputMaintain production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocolsQUALIFICATIONS:3-5 years of CNC programming experience in the millwork industryProficient in V-Carve software for creating tool paths and CNC instructionsAbility to import and manipulate DXF files for CNC operationsStrong understanding of millwork processes, materials, and machineryAttention to detail and a high standard of craftsmanshipAble to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of additional CNC programming softwareExperience with multi-axis CNC machines
