En tant qu'analyste financier senior des services aux entreprises, vous serez chargé de fournir des analyses et des recommandations perspicaces pour influencer les initiatives de l'entreprise. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le budget de fonctionnement annuel, les prévisions et le processus de planification pluriannuelle. Vous soutiendrez les programmes et l'équipe de direction en fournissant des analyses fondées sur des preuves pour une prise de décision efficace. Vous serez également responsable de l'évaluation des mesures financières dans les principaux domaines financiers (P&L et bilan) et fournirez un leadership et un soutien financier continus à un portefeuille de programmes assigné. Vous ferez preuve de leadership dans le développement de systèmes financiers et d'outils de reporting. Chaque jour sera un défi, un rythme rapide, significatif et gratifiant.
Plus précisément, vous devrez:
- Travailler avec les partenaires des services commerciaux pour identifier les facteurs de performance, les risques et les opportunités, et communiquer des recommandations pour stimuler la prise de décision par le biais de l'analyse.
- Préparer les écritures de fin de mois et les régularisations, l'analyse des écarts de fin de mois et les commentaires par rapport au budget et aux prévisions.
- Construire des modèles financiers et effectuer des analyses quantitatives pour évaluer les performances passées et les tendances actuelles.
- Effectuer des modélisations financières, des simulations, des analyses de sensibilité et des tests.
- Fournir un soutien analytique aux prévisions financières et aux plans d'exploitation.
- Comparer les résultats anticipés et réels et identifier les domaines d'amélioration.
- Collaborer avec d'autres services d'analyse au sein de l'organisation afin d'apporter de nouveaux outils, de nouvelles données et de nouvelles approches.
- Communiquer les résultats à la direction générale de manière compréhensible par les parties prenantes non techniques.
- Créer et communiquer des rapports, des présentations, des tableaux de bord et des commentaires commerciaux à l'intention de la direction générale.
- S'engager dans une recherche permanente d'amélioration de la précision des prévisions financières.
Quelques-unes des qualités requises:
- BAC en administration des affaires, statistiques, analyse des données commerciales, finance ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Comptable professionnel agréé (CPA).
- Une Maitrise en affaires (MBA) est considérée comme un atout.
- Expérience de la modélisation d'analyses de rentabilisation et de l'élaboration de rapports de gestion.
- 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste financier principal, analyste financier ou dans un rôle similaire.
- Une connaissance pratique des normes IFRS, en particulier de la norme IFRS 15, est considérée comme un atout.
- Une connaissance pratique de PowerBi est considérée comme un atout.
- Une expérience dans le domaine de la vente au détail, en particulier dans le domaine de la vente au détail multilocale/nationale et multicanal, est un atout.
