Manager, Configuration & Process Responsibilities:- Provide general oversight of all engineering document control processes, policies, and quality standards.
- Oversee the configuration and process team, responsible for aircraft and engineering configuration management.
- Ensure compliance with Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), and Canadian Government Security Clearances.
- Support Quality Assurance audits and maintain department processes and procedures.
- Provide airworthiness support to Delegate Engineers and participate in administrative activities.
- Ensure workplace conduct aligns with Cascade Aerospace's culture and values.
- Excellent communication skills: verbal and written
- General understanding of airworthiness and aircraft design
- Working knowledge of configuration control in an aviation environment
- Familiarity with engineering Quality requirements, processes, and audits (AS9100, AS9110)
- Experience with ERP and technical communication data formats
- Advanced knowledge of Operations-oriented Document Management Systems
- Degree/Diploma in Technology Management, Aviation Management & Operations, or related field
- PMP certification considered an asset
- 7-10 years' experience in Technology management within aerospace or similarly regulated industry
- Safety Management System experience required
