Shift Manager

The Shift Manager is responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of operations and customer service of the Table Games department through a trained and developed team of dealer’s, inspectors, and pit managers. The SM also ensures that all internal controls, rules, procedures of Manitoba Gaming Control Commission, Manitoba Liquor Control Commission, proceeds of crime legislations are adhered to and followed. Additionally, the SM ensures overall customer service is delivered throughout the entire resort while safety and organizational responsibilities are maintained. The SM oversees the entire Resort in the absence of the CEO, GM, Director of Operations or department Directors.

We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, the successful applicant must be available to work various shifts and holidays.
