Junior Finance Analyst Intern - BP Supply Chain

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un étudiant coop en 3ème année d'université pour rejoindre notre équipe financière - et se concentrer sur notre chaîne logistique. Nous offrons un environnement diversifié dans lequel le/la candidat(e) aura la chance d'apprendre autant dans le domaine de la finance et la chaîne logistique au sein d'une entreprise manufacturière.

À travers votre expérience au sein de l'IPEX, vous apprendrez et améliorerez vos compétences pour vous aider dans votre future carrière dans le secteur financier. Voici quelques-uns des domaines que vous développerez :
• Rapports financiers
• Prix de revient
• Comptabilité
• Chaîne logistique

L'objectif de ce poste est de contribuer à la recherche d'informations et à l'amélioration des processus en ce qui concerne les rapports financiers de la chaîne de distribution et les aspects de contrôle (réparations/location/emballage et listes capex).

Connaissances et compétences nécessaires

  • Inscrit à un programme de comptabilité et enregistré dans un programme COOP dans un établissement d'enseignement postsecondaire reconnu en vue d'obtenir un baccalauréat en commerce, en administration des affaires, en finances, en comptabilité, en CPA et/ou en MBA ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • Bilingue (français et anglais)
  • Dynamique, innovateur et doté d'excellentes aptitudes en matière de relations
  • interpersonnelles et de résolution de problèmes.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication.
  • Forte compréhension des principes comptables et des états financiers.
  • Compétence en Microsoft Excel et autres logiciels de comptabilité.
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, à l'analyse et à la résolution de problèmes.
  • Souci du détail, précision et respect des délais.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.


Ce poste peut durée de 3 mois a 12 mois.

We are looking for a dynamic coop student in their 2nd year+ of university to join our Finance team - focused on our supply chain. We offer a diverse environment in which the candidate will have the opportunity to learn about finance and supply chain within a manufacturing company.

Through your experience with IPEX, you will learn and hone your skills to help you with your future career in Finance. Some of the areas you will develop are:
  • Financial reporting
  • Costing
  • Accounting
  • Supply chain


The purpose of this role is to help in information gathering and process improvement in relation to supply chain financial reporting and controlling aspects (repairs/rent/packaging and capex lists).

Qualifications and Competencies
  • Currently enrolled in an accounting program and registered in a COOP program at a recognized post-secondary institution pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, CPA and/or MBA or related field
  • Bilingual (French and English)
  • Dynamic, innovative thinker with excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


This position can be for 3 months to one year in length.
