Are you a dynamic technical mastermind with a passion for influencing customer experiences and supporting complex hybrid cloud environments? If so, Insight is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bi-Lingual Senior System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients’ IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and security. The Senior System Administrator will have 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, VMWare or other hypervisors, Azure and AWS platforms, Intune/Autopilot, and other related technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain client’s IT hybrid infrastructure, including servers, storage, and network devices.
  • Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on servers, databases, and other systems.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Implement security measures to protect the company's data and systems.
  • Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless integration of systems.
  • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
What you’ll need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, VMWare or other hypervisors, Azure and AWS platforms, Intune/Autopilot, and other related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of networking protocols and security standards.
  • Experience in managing and maintaining Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and other related systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Relevant industry certifications are a plus.
