- 24/7 support center to assist with scheduling related questions

- Delivers comprehensive professional nursing care, evaluating assessments and client needs
- Execute on the client’s care plan as outlined by the Care Designer
- Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly
- Perform all skills, treatments and procedures competently in accordance to the provincial scope of RPN and adheres to the policies, procedures and protocols of Nurse Next Door.
- Assess and provide client and family/caregiver education and information pertinent to diagnosis
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Servicing the rural communities of Eastern Ontario. We are actively searching for RPNs in the Perth and surrounding rural areas.
- Looking for all visit times weekdays and weekends
- Current Certificate of Competence and in good standing with the provincial College of Nurses (Registry #)
- Graduation from a recognized program for Practical Nurses and one year of recent related experience in gerontological nursing
- 1 year of nursing experience required; three years nursing experience preferred. Community, home health or medical/surgical
- Must be able to community verbally and in writing in English, other languages are an asset
- Current TB Screen and Criminal Record Vulnerable Sector Check
- Must be able to legally work in Ontario Canada to apply for this position
- Valid driver’s license is required and willingness to travel to remote locations
- Driver’s Abstract (provided by Nurse Next Door) if own your own vehicle
