Tasks:
  1. Compile orders and instructions received from customers
  2. Oversee operational logistics of the organization
  3. Plan and organize operational logistics of the organization
  4. Track and complete work orders
  5. Prepare and submit reports
  6. Ensure accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll and other summaries
  7. Maintain work records and logs
  8. Perform general office duties
  9. Conduct performance reviews
  10. Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  11. Follow-up on issues with work orders
  12. Keep track of shipments
  13. Knowledge of cross border dispatching regulations and practices
  14. Knowledge of highway trucking and associated rules and regulations
  15. Process and transmit information and instructions to coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment
  16. Record mileage, fuel use, repairs and other expenses
  17. Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment
