Montreal, Canada BL Intimates Full time

BL Intimates is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fit Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Fit Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the impeccable fit and quality of our products, maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence in fit and design.

Responsibilities include:

  • Stay ahead of current trends and market demands
  • Conduct research to identify emerging trends in intimate apparel
  • Development of comprehensive Tech packs
  • Communication with factories and key retailors throughout fit and approval processes
  • Provide clear and concise feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards and customer expectations.
  • Verify and measure samples to assess fit, construction, and quality.
  • Provide corrections and comments on samples
  • Work with factories for all new development samples while ensuring timely delivery of samples
  • Partner with the graphics team to develop CADs that accurately represent the intended design and fit specifications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Fit Technician, preferably in intimate apparel.
  • Advanced knowledge of fit and garment construction.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented with a focus accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
