POSITION SUMMARY

The (Senior) Product Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the new division. In this multifaceted role, you'll delve into user interface design, design system development, web design, and supporting marketing in the creation of visual assets.

Your mission will be to craft intuitive, engaging product experiences informed by customer research in collaboration with our growth, engineering, product, and business teams. Beyond the realm of product design, you'll extend your expertise to support marketing and broader design initiatives, playing a key role in driving the evolution and success of the new product and division.

The role’s title and level will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.

MAJOR ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE

Key accountabilities of this position include:

  • Sketch, mockup, and prototype product interfaces that solve user and business problems
  • Develop and maintain a robust design system
  • Ensure design quality and provide production-ready designs
  • Support marketing with ad, web and other visual design
  • Own the end-to-end design process for the product
  • Participate in user research and synthesize findings into artifacts like personas, storyboards, process flows, user journey mapping and sitemaps
  • Identify areas of improvement or growth alongside Product and Business leadership

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in product design, UX design, design research, or related disciplines
  • Experience building and shipping production software
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Nice to have: Fintech or financial product experience
