This established construction firm does ICI construction across Canada and has an impressive book of completed construction projects. They are currently in need of an Estimator to estimate industrial, commercial, and institutional projects in the GTA.

In this role you will be required to:
  1. Prepare/review tender documents
  2. Prepare trade lists and invitations to bid
  3. Prepare full construction estimates
  4. Select Sub-trades
  5. Prepare, monitor, and update construction budgets
  6. Review and analyze submitted tenders
  7. Prepare contract documents
  8. Review trade contractor change orders
  9. Prepare trade contract final accounts
  10. Track Construction Project from start to finish
Skill Requirements:

Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel and Project or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage your own workload
