Job Description:


Veritiv is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 6 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be independent, confident, and possess strong strategic planning and leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to address customer issues and needs - Train and mentor customer support team members to enhance their skills and performance - Track and report on key performance indicators related to customer support activities


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field - 6+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong leadership and interpersonal skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and effectively manage a team
