Key Responsibilities
- Perform caulking and restoration work on various types of buildings and structures.
- Inspect surfaces for potential problems and ensure proper surface preparation.
- Apply caulking materials with precision and attention to detail.
- Conduct restoration tasks including sealing, weatherproofing, and repairing damages.
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and client specifications.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
- Proven experience in caulking and restoration.
- Certifications for working at heights and other relevant safety certifications.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and precision in work.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot on-site issues.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Valid working at heights certification.
- Safety training certificates (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caulking and restoration preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is an asset.
