Vos Responsabilités :

  • Planifier et exécuter des audits internes pour évaluer les contrôles, l'efficacité opérationnelle et la conformité à toutes les politiques, lois et règlements applicables.
  • Diriger des projets d'audit, en s'assurant qu'ils sont réalisés dans les délais et le budget prévus.
  • Préparer des rapports détaillés sur les résultats des audits et les présenter à la direction.
  • Recommander des améliorations aux processus et contrôles d'audit internes.
  • Aider au développement et à la mise en œuvre de politiques de contrôle interne.
  • Suivre la mise en œuvre des actions correctives de la direction en réponse aux constatations d'audit.
  • Fournir des orientations et un leadership au personnel d'audit junior.
  • Se tenir informé des changements dans l'industrie, des nouvelles législations et des meilleures pratiques en matière d'audit interne.

Vos Qualifications :

  • Diplôme de licence en comptabilité, finance ou domaine connexe.
  • Auditeur Interne Certifié (CIA), Expert-Comptable (CPA) ou équivalent.
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience en audit interne et/ou externe ou conformité.
  • Solide compréhension des techniques d'audit et des réglementations financières.
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de communication.
  • Maîtrise des logiciels d'audit et de la suite Microsoft Office.

Conditions de travail :

  • Rôle hybride (minimum de 3 jours par semaine)
  • Situé dans un environnement de bureau ouvert conçu pour améliorer la communication et la collaboration.
  • Des déplacements occasionnels peuvent être nécessaires pour visiter d'autres sites de l'entreprise, participer à des conférences ou à des sessions de formation.

Internal Senior Auditor – Hybrid – Montreal (St-Laurent)

About The Role:

The Internal Senior Auditor is responsible for overseeing and conducting comprehensive reviews of financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with policies, accuracy of financial records, and efficiency of operations. This role involves significant interaction with various departments to enforce standards and make recommendations for improvements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Plan and execute internal audits to assess controls, operational efficiencies, and compliance with all applicable policies, laws, and regulations.
  • Lead audit projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare detailed reports on audit findings and present these to senior management.
  • Recommend improvements to internal audit processes and controls.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies.
  • Monitor the implementation of management's corrective actions in response to audit findings.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to junior audit staff.
  • Stay informed about industry changes, new legislation, and best practices in internal auditing.

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal and/or external auditing or compliance.
  • Strong understanding of auditing techniques and financial regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions:

  • Hybrid role (Minimum of 3 days / week)
  • Located in an open office setting designed to enhance communication and collaboration.
  • Occasional travel may be required for visiting other company sites, attending conferences, or participating in training sessions.

  • Standard workweek of 40 hours, Monday to Friday
  • Flexibility required to work additional hours or weekends to meet project deadlines.
