Story Behind the Need:

• Business group: Small Business & Channel Analytics – this HM’s team specifically implements Adobe Experience Cloud and reporting and analysis with Adobe Analytics.
• Project: This role is to drive migration to Adobe Web SDK and is focused on implementation and innovation. The incumbent is a tagging, data analytics and insight specialist driving the migration of supporting digital marketing and banking initiatives across multiple channels and platforms to help drive engagement, leads, sales and loyalty. The successful candidate is passionate about innovating in the latest technologies in Adobe supported with a team of experts in driving best in class personalization.
• Candidate Value Proposition: The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work hands on with the latest in technologies to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as IT to help grow efficiency and effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns, tagging strategy and data governance.

Responsibilities and Functions:

• Data Privacy Management:
o Manage the collection, storage, and use of user data, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
o Assist in developing and implementing data privacy policies, including clear user consent processes.
o Track and record user consent status for evidence when needed.
• Compliance Support:
o Understand consent management requirements, particularly those related to data privacy and consent.
o Collaborate with the team to ensure data processing activities align with regulations.
o Provide training and guidance to team members on compliance requirements.
• Adobe Analytics to Web SDK Migration:
o Assist the team in migrating existing Adobe Analytics JavaScript code to the Web SDK.
o Ensure critical data and functionality are not lost during the migration.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years: Expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation using Adobe Launch
• 8+ years: in configuring web and mobile analytics for multiple clients
• 2+ years’ experience in AEP Web SDK
• 2+ years’ experience with AEP, RTCDP, Adobe Target, Event Forwarding

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Experience with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation
• Expertise in creating dashboards in Adobe and transforming data from multiple sources
• Experience presenting reports and strategic recommendations to clients

Soft Skills Required:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively with other groups
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Demonstrated ability to work within deadlines
• Excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required

Best VS. Average Candidate:

• Experience in Adobe analytics in a tagging perspective and meets all must have criteria.
• The type of candidate would likely be a previous developer who moved into a more web analytics space (title of role in official channel is Data Strategist).

Candidate Review & Selection:

• Structure and Format: Two rounds (+ potential third round) – MS Teams Video Interviews:
o 1st – Screening interview with HM – 30 minutes
o 2nd – Technical panel interview with subject matter experts + HM – 1 hour
o Potential meeting with VP or director if indicated
