Nos attentes :

La responsabilité principale de l'associé(e) au service à la clientèle (ASC) / chargeur est d'assurer la satisfaction de tous les besoins de magasinage des clients. La personne choisie sera responsable d’offrir un service à la clientèle impeccable en répondant aux questions et aux demandes des clients, en aidant les clients à trouver, choisir, transporter et charger de la marchandise, et en réagissant aux demandes d’aide dans tout le magasin. Cela comprend apporter du soutien aux associé(e)s aux caisses et aux autres services à la clientèle, au besoin. La personne choisie devra être disponible pour travailler en matinée, en après-midi ou en soirée, tous les jours de la semaine.

Votre rôle :

  • Préparer les produits à chargement rapide, réapprovisionner les tablettes et utiliser l’équipement motorisé, au besoin
  • Assurer un environnement de travail sécuritaire en réalisant des examens de sécurité quotidiens, en prenant note des dangers, en s’assurant que les magasins sont propres et ordonnés, ainsi qu’en demeurant à l’affût des vols potentiels ou des risques pour la sécurité
  • Exécuter d’autres tâches sur demande

Les compétences que nous recherchons :

  • Au moins 6 mois d’expérience avec un ordinateur (y compris l’entrée, la consultation, la modification ou l’exportation d’informations)
  • Au moins 6 mois d’expérience avec un appareil portable (téléphone cellulaire, lecteur de codes à barres, PalmPilot, tablette, iPod, etc.) pour entrer, consulter et exporter des informations
  • Au moins 6 mois d’expérience à titre de chargeur chez un autre détaillant de rénovation résidentielle ou de quincaillerie
  • Au moins 6 mois d’expérience de travail dans un département d’un magasin du réseau RONA
  • Au moins 6 mois d’expérience en marchandisage au détail, notamment le rétablissement de zone, le réapprovisionnement, la descente de marchandise rangée en hauteur, la présentation des produits (front de vente), l’établissement de prix, l’entretien de l’affichage et l’entretien des lieux
  • Au moins 6 mois d’expérience en inspection, en transport, en chargement et en déchargement de produits ou de matériel à l’intérieur ou à l’extérieur de véhicules (dans n’importe quel secteur)
  • Capacité de soulever de 26 à 50 livres sans aide plusieurs fois par jour, ainsi que de 51 à 75 livres sans aide chaque jour, et de 76 à 100 lb avec aide chaque jour
  • Capacité de travailler dans des conditions de travail difficiles, notamment dans des conditions de froid et de chaleur extrême, des conditions météorologiques défavorables, en hauteur ou en étant exposé à des sons constants ou intermittents (s’il y a lieu)
