Job Details:
  • Type of contract: Volontariat International en Entreprise (VIE)
  • Location: Saint Bruno (Quebec, Canada)
  • Duration of the VIE: 24 Months
Responsibilities:
  1. Support the Operations team in the execution of project work packages, activities, documentation, quality assurance, reporting, and process improvements.
  2. Actively participate in planning and managing training and communications across the Americas.
  3. Apply templates and records to document project activities following defined standards.
  4. Manage small projects including iPad/Mobile management, PC management, and printer replacement.
  5. Work closely with end users and the Operations team to identify and resolve concerns.
Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business or Engineering supported by experience of IT infrastructure or equivalent education and experience.

Mandatory Experience:

Proven experience in end user support. Fluent in English and French.
