Program Manager

Flexiti is looking for a Program Manager to join its PMO team. This is a highly visible role within the organization and will have the opportunity to work with the business on significant, institute-wide projects that support the strategic goals of Flexiti Financial.

What you will be doing:

-Ensure the successful management, execution and delivery of a highly complex and strategic transformation programs that involves across functional teams

-Plan, direct, and coordinate cross-functional program activities with the business and global technology teams to meet pdrectrrogram goals and objectives

-Define program objectives, scope, and success criteria in alignment with organizational goals and priorities

-Develop and oversee program budgets, resource allocation, and cost management

-Identify, evaluate, and manage program risks and implement mitigation strategies

-Identify and address conflicts with the program team or among stakeholders, fostering collaboration and reaching resolutions that benefit the program

-Inspire and lead teams by articulating a compelling vision for program’s future, fostering innovation, and motivating others to achieve goals

-Ensure effective communication and collaboration among program teams, stakeholders, vendors and clients to support successful program delivery

-Monitor program progress and performance, providing regular status updates to senior management

-Conduct program evaluations to assess effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and implement changes

-Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams

-Make critical decisions and resolve program-related issues to keep projects on track

What you should have:

-A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in program management with lead or manager responsibilities strongly preferred

-Ability to lead, inspire and influence decisions of cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives

-Proficiency in conveying complex program updates and insights to senior executives in clear, concise and persuasive manner

-Proficient in producing comprehensive and insightful reports that summarize program progress, risks and opportunities for executive level consumption

-Expertise in identifying, prioritizing and cultivating relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for program goals

-Proficiency in analyzing complex problems, market dynamics and industry trends to develop a long-term vision and strategic direction for the program

-Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations, making swift and sound decisions to mitigate risks and steer the program through unforeseen challenges

-Ability to make well-informed and timely decisions by analyzing data, considering various perspectives and balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic objectives
