The Role

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, the Manager, Business Analysis will oversee a team responsible for all inputs and outputs of Ganong’s production and business systems. This pivotal role involves leading a team of analysts to optimize processes, drive efficiency gains, and enhance decision-making through data analysis and reporting. Additionally, the Manager will evaluate the effectiveness of IoT assets, processes, and tools, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing approved changes.

Who You Are

The ideal candidate for this dynamic role should enjoy variety and excel in a fast-paced environment. With 5+ years of experience in a Senior Analyst Role or similar position, they possess a strong background in manufacturing, coupled with 2+ years of expertise in Business Intelligence. Their proficiency in managing database models, MS Office Suite, ERP, and BI tools equips them to develop comprehensive data models and create insightful reports and dashboards. Their exceptional verbal and written communication skills ensure effective collaboration with stakeholders across departments. Moreover, their proven leadership skills empower them to motivate and manage production teams effectively, driving success through continuous improvement methodologies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a Senior Analyst Role or similar position, with a focus on manufacturing.
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence
  • Expertise in project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proficient in managing database models, MS Office Suite, ERP, and BI tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven leadership skills to foster strong working relationships and drive success.
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
