Job Title:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)About Cerwydden Seniors Community:CareCorp Seniors Services are a trusted company providing superior healthcare and support services to long-term care and assisted living facilities across British Columbia.We value teamwork, professionalism, and respect, ensuring both residents and staff thrive in a welcoming environment.Position Overview:We seek a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Cerwydden Seniors Community. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to residents, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a safe and supportive environment.Responsibilities:Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.Ensure compliance with facility policies and BC health regulations.Qualifications:Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration)Current CPR / First Aide CertificationPrevious experience in long-term care or a related field preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a teamCompassionate and patient-centered approach to careAdditional Information:Hourly Pay: $32.84 per hourBenefits:Flexible scheduleOn-site parkingSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftEvening shiftMonday to FridayMorning shiftNight shiftWeekends as neededRequirements:Please provide your BCCN&M Number and availability as a casual LPN.
