Geo-Plus is internationally renowned in the software technology field of AEC (architecture, engineering, construction). Our products and services have been used by thousands of clients worldwide since the foundation of the company in 1987.

Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior User Experience Designer to join our team. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences for our users.

Duties:

- Design and develop user interfaces that enhance user interaction and satisfaction

- Conduct user research and testing to gather insights for informed design decisions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience

- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how apps function and look

- Ensure designs adhere to usability standards while staying up-to-date with industry best practices

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to delivery

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Interaction Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction)

- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role

- Proficiency in design / prototyping tools

- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and usability best practices

- Experience with user testing methodologies and tools

- Experience in the AEC / 3D software industry or related fields is a plus

*** Work from the office (Montreal or Laval), in hybrid mode or remotely your choice as long as you are happy But still you need to be a resident of the province of Quebec ;)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
