We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines and at least 7 years of experience in sales analysis / MIS reporting roles, preferably with Insurance and/or Banking sector.
- Strong commercial sense, good analytical mind and system project skills.
- Proficient in using Excel, VBA and other statistical tools.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
On the job you will:
- Explore new business opportunities and upcoming trends with external/internal reports/research/data support.
- Assess based on the market intelligence and data to brainstorm new business strategies/programs.
- Design new business development campaign/program to drive specific business focus.
- Work cross-channels and technology teams to ensure the timely and quality release of programs.
- Monitor project development progress and work closely with project workgroup to make sure that it’s on track.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines.
