If retail management is your passion, you are driven for premium client care experiences and are a top achiever, metrics driven and at the top of your league, this is the dream employerResponsibilities: People development, management, and team building:Elevate and hire top talent to ensure a successful team and create a best-in-class service and success by developing and motivating a performance driven sale team.Consistently coach and encourage employee learning with continuous product training, objectives, and the effective managemententhusiastically train, coach, and provide qualitative feedback, utilizing reward and recognition as well as performance management process to improve team engagement and performance.Provide strategies and opportunities for succession goal planning by conducting monthly one-on-one’s with staff and leadership team and creating individual development plans for their continued growth.Demonstrate superior communication and customer service skills by communicating successes, opportunities, and solutions to drive employee engagementParticipate in country-wide management meetings, conferences and seminarsPromote and Maintain high level of business acumen, best practices and promote company valuesStore OperationsFully grasp and maintain all daily operational procedures and ensure the successful operation of the store in all areas.Identify improvements and new ways to execute efficiencies and best practices.Excellent mastery of scheduling according to store budget, sales trends, & special events and trending items to maximize every opportunity.Ensure the team successfully reaches sales goals and metrics: Sales, Conversion, presence, Turnover etc..Ensure compliance with company Health and Safety measures across the store and employeesPlanning and Merchandising•Oversee the Visual Merchandising team and ensure the merchandising directives are efficiently carried out as per HQ•Deliver on punctual planning and execution of merchandise launches.•Communicate qualitative and quantitative statistics and feedback to the District Manager, VM Manager on products & visual merchandising to drive results•Effective management of product inventory from Back of House to floorQualificationsMinimum of 3 years' experience or more in a luxury/ high-end retail leadership role with a focus in retail operations, budgeting, planning, customer service, sales and people leadership and management, with acute understanding of financials and reporting.Extensive experience and ability to lead the delivery of a high level of customer service in a brand retailer.Proficient in Microsoft Office products and retail business systemsSelf-motivated to build, grow, lead and manage high-performing teams, with strong coaching and mentoring abilitiesAbility to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
