With our creativity, outstanding culture, and cool technology we may just be the best kept marketing secret in Canada.In this role, you'll be a key IT team member, providing helpdesk support and managing end-user devices within JAM – a thriving CRM marketing agency with diverse environments including Windows, and macOS. You'll also be in a supporting role within the IT team for system administration tasks and projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-level IT support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and supporting daily IT operations for all employeesManage and maintain end-user devices, including mobile device management (MDM) with JAMF and IntuneUpdate and maintain IT documentationAssist in managing server, network, and cloud environments (Windows Server, Linux, AWS/Azure/GCP)Desired Skills and Experience2+ year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field2-5 years of working experience in IT supportExperience with end-user operating systems such as Windows and macOSExperience with mobile device management (e.g., JAMF, Intune)Familiarity with system administration (Server, Networking, etc.)Understanding of:Microsoft Active Directory and related services (DNS, GPO, etc.)Cloud-based services and applications (O365, Adobe CC, etc.)Networking principles, including security best practicesDocumenting configurations, processes, and assetsJAM CRM is an equal opportunity employer committed to creating and maintaining an inclusive and accessible workplace.
