Senior Full Stack Developer

Typical Day in Role:

  1. Analyze and oversee the team’s development efforts working towards successful code delivery.
  2. Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
  3. Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
  4. Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts, and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain different applications.
  5. Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards.
  6. Work with Delivery Leads and BSAs to articulate efforts and compile estimates.
  7. Demonstrate knowledge of staying current on industry best practices and secure coding.
  8. Tech stack: Javascript, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Cloud Applications.
  9. Full stack role will be 50/50 front end and back-end.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

  1. 10+ years’ progressive working experience as a Full Stack Developer in the IT industry in roles like developer and team lead.
  2. 2+ years’ experience with ReactJS.
  3. 2+ years’ experience with NodeJS.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  1. Experience with Cloud applications.
  2. Extensive experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade software.
  3. Experience from FI/banking.

Soft Skills Required:

  1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  2. Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.

Education:

Bachelor’s in a technical field.
