· Perform and/or assist with major and minor repairs on power units and semi-trailers

· Perform preventative maintenance procedures.

· Maintains work records and files (making sure office receives paperwork for work performed).

· Helps to maintain shop/work area, yard, tools and equipment in a safe working manner.

· Help to order supplies, parts and tools.

· Assists drivers in locating equipment (when asked).

· Follow all company’s rules, policies, procedures and PPE policies.

· Excellent customer service skills (including good oral and written communication)

· Follow Triple S Transports Code of Conduct and maintain a positive and professional attitude and neat appearance for our clients as you are representing Triple S Transport face to face with our clients. Vulgar language around clients should never be used.

· Maintain and use appropriate personal protective equipment.

· If operating any company vehicles follow local and inter-provincial highway safety regulations. Notify office immediately of any tickets issued. Employee is responsible for payment of any tickets received while operating company vehicles.

· Safety Culture – accept and adopt Triple S Transports safety culture and encourage other employees to do the same.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
