Analyste Financier

L’analyste financier est responsable de projets spéciaux reliés à la production et à l’analyse de l’information financière et de gestion nécessaire à la haute direction pour la prise de décision. Il évalue les impacts financiers des décisions touchant divers domaines d’activité.

TÂCHES ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

Sous la responsabilité du directeur planification financière et analyses, le titulaire assumera les tâches et les responsabilités suivantes :

  • Produit des projections financières selon divers scénarios d’opération en collaboration avec les gestionnaires;
  • Prendre en charge la préparation des prévisions financières (prévisions/estimés de coûts de construction) pour les résidences en construction, en faire la validation, l’analyse et le suivi afin d’émettre les recommandations appropriées;
  • Participer à des exercices de vérifications diligentes;
  • Interagir avec les intervenants des autres équipes impliquées dans les projets (construction, marketing, etc);
  • Optimiser l’utilisation de la technologie pour la préparation de modèles financiers ainsi que de l’information de gestion;
  • Contribuer au processus d’établissement des budgets en collaboration avec les gestionnaires;
  • Prépare les informations financières relatives au dossier d’assurances pour l’ensemble des entités;
  • Effectue le suivi du volet financier en lien avec divers dossiers, notamment en ce qui concerne les baux commerciaux et les taxes foncières;
  • Effectuer, au besoin, toutes tâches connexes afin d’assurer la continuité et la qualité des services.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUISES :

Formation requise :

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires – ou équivalent

Expérience :

  • Six (6) à neuf (9) ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire

Autre permis ou licence requis par la loi :

  • Membre d'un ordre professionnel comptable (un atout)

Autres :

  • Esprit d’analyse développé;
  • Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et des outils de la suite MS-Office;
  • Capacité d’œuvrer dans un contexte multi-site/multi employeurs;
  • Capacité à faire face rapidement aux imprévus et aux changements dans le contexte d'une organisation ayant une forte croissance et qui évolue rapidement;
  • Excellent sens de l’organisation et de rigueur;
  • Souci de l’atteinte des résultats et de la performance organisationnelle;
  • Capacité à gérer avec efficacité plusieurs projets simultanés;
  • Bilingue (français et anglais) avec d’excellentes habiletés de communication orale et écrite.
