Company DescriptionTurbo Staffing Solutions is a leading staffing agency in Canada, providing staffing solutions for HCM companies.Our client is looking for internal support to lead their projects from experienced professionals who understand their system at a module level.Lead WFM ConsultantThe WFM Implementation Consultant participates in all stages of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post-go-live support), under the direction of the Project Manager, and may lead one or more activities.Project responsibilities include; gathering customer requirements, configuring the Dayforce (Ceridian) solution to meet documented customer requirements, setting and managing customer expectations, providing guidance to Associate Consultants, identifying risks, and communicating issues to the Project Manager.The Consultant may also deliver Organizational Readiness consulting in support of Dayforce's Organizational Readiness toolkit.Responsibilities: Document and validate customer's business requirements and map to Dayforce (Ceridian) functionalityConfigure Dayforce (Ceridian) application to meet customer's documented business requirementsConduct consulting sessions (on the phone and in-person) and document with meeting minutesAttend internal project meetings and provide status on progress of activities and deliverablesProvide customers with follow-up consulting and general assistance in areas of expertiseWork with customers to implement Dayforce (Ceridian) Organizational Readiness best practices in preparation for rollout of the Dayforce (Ceridian) solutionRequirements: Dayforce WFM/Time, HR Core with Entitlements experience2+ years' experience implementing and configuring the Dayforce WFM (HR Core, Time, Entitlements) modulesClient-facing skills; Excellent written skills for preparing detailed test cases and other documentation.Eligible for Protected B clearance (Reliability clearance from Govt of Canada)
