Job Description : Agranee Solutions is looking for a candidate as a Senior Consultant, Technology and Analytics, you know the importance of technology and data to business and will demonstrate a proven capability of collaborating with other team members to deliver Technology and Analytics projects and will be able to guide our clients through our deliver cutting edge Consulting and Delivery experience.
Mandatory Skills

  • Work Closely with Senior client executives (C-levels executives, VPs, or Directors), where you will assist AGRANEE and its clientele in successfully outlining Technology, Analytics, and Implementation Consulting solutions to support their business priorities.
  • Support the delivery of a broad range of Technology and Analytics projects for AGRANEE and its clients
  • Possess a profound understanding of key technology trends and strategies for identifying Technical solutions to meet client’s objectives such as Business, Technical and Financial Objectives
  • Responsible for conducting detailed analyses to understand and define client Business and Technical problems and utilize standard consulting management skills such as running workshops, conducting client leadership interviews, performing requirement and gap analysis, and other management consulting analysis such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and develop and document them for defining appropriate recommendations.
  • Build and implement technical and Analytics roadmaps and support new business cases that both delineate a broader endgame, while also prioritizing quick wins with near-term measurable impact.
  • Enthusiastically contribute towards AGRANEE specific offerings and, also assist AGRANEE leadership in sales efforts including the development of client proposals and RFx and pitch and demos for our clients as applicable.
  • Cross-sector and functional experience (Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing/ Utilities industry) Business Applications
  • Must demonstrate Prior experience transforming and empowering large organization with the IT strategies and solutions.
  • More than 7-8 years proven experience as a Client Facing role within a Management Consulting with a top tier consulting or IT professional services firm
  • MBA/MA/MSc degree in Business, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Must have previous product management (Primarily managing Android and iOS Mobile Products) work experience managing, liaising, and collaborating multiple workstreams/engagements in a highly competitive and complex external client-facing environment
  • Strong project and portfolio management skills, including the ability to manage multiple complex projects at the same time and under tight deadlines, operating in a cross-functional environment.
  • Independent, Analytical, flexible, and dedicated problem solver to work independently as well as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Open to travel and meet our clients domestically as well as internationally as applicable.
