Engineer, Sailpoint IIQ

Purpose
The Sailpoint IIQ Engineer is responsible for implementations and the maintenance of Sailpoint IIQ application. This includes developing use cases, testing, debugging, data assessments, design, guidance, defect fixes, troubleshooting, and responding to IIQ incidents. The Sailpoint IIQ Engineer is the subject matter expert providing support, maintenance, and successful delivery of projects and resolutions for defects. Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies in IAM and Sailpoint IIQ is essential for success in this role.

1. Responsible for implementations and enhancements of the SailPoint Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions
2. Developing Java custom code, custom connectors, and interfaces with other enterprise or cloud-based systems like SAP and ServiceNow
3. Communicating to others about aspects of the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level.
4. Developing use cases, testing, debugging, support, and maintenance.
5. Preparing technical and user documentation.
6. Act as subject matter expert for application discussions

1. 5+ years' experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 3+ years of enterprise software development and implementation experience.
2. 3+ years' experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
3. Extensive knowledge of security applications, specifically around identity management and account creation/maintenance, as well as 3rd party IAM offerings.
4. Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or other Identity Management suites and directories including Active Directory.
5. Experience with the following programming languages: Java, and SQL with a high proficiency in Java development.
6. Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SCIM, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
7. 3+ years of experience in configuring IAM connectors.
8. 3+ years of experience with the configuration and customization of IAM products.
9. Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors is highly advantageous.
10. Experience with API Development which includes Restful APIs.
11. Familiarity with Roles Based Access Control.
12. Experience with business requirements, design, and documentation of IAM products.
13. Adeptness and proficiency at leveraging a wide range of technology tools and solutions to assess data, automate processes, and support a variety of fast-growing and changing business needs.
14. Excellent internal/external stakeholder management skills.
15. Ability to multi-task and work in agile, changing, and fast-growing environments.
16. Excellent understanding of how IT runs and its operational processes.
17. Expert knowledge of a wide range of technical environments, including cloud, automation, active directory, and networking.
18. Understanding of network architecture and design.
19. Familiarity with database management and security.
20. Experience with configuring workflows including joiner, leaver, mover.
21. Experience with configuring user access certification campaigns.
22. Experience with configuring segregation of duties policies.
23. Experience with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
24. Strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations.
