DESCRIPTION DU POSTE :

Nous sommes à la recherche de plusieurs Coachs Agile pour différents projets d'envergure.

RÔLE ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

  • Diriger et façonner les pratiques Agile/Scrum/Kanban au service de l’équipe dans le contexte d’une équipe de livraison de services TI.
  • Aider l’équipe à structurer son carnet de produit (« backlog ») de manière à travailler efficacement, et de maintenir une cohésion avec les équipes de livraison de solutions et d’opération.
  • Accompagner l’équipe dans un contexte de migration vers les pratiques devops.
  • Assumer le rôle de Chef de projet pour des projets agile (gestion des coûts, parties prenantes, planification, etc…)
  • Aider les équipes à retirer les obstacles qui pourraient les empêcher d’atteindre les objectifs d’affaires;
  • Construire un environnement de confiance et ouvert favorisant le partage et la résolution de problèmes au sein de l’équipe
  • Faciliter les communications, améliorer la transparence et diffuser l’information
  • Soutenir les membres des équipes, en particulier dans la livraison de valeur de façon itérative.
  • Soutenir les Propriétaires de produits, en particulier dans la gestion du carnet de produits.
  • Travailler de façon étroite avec l’équipe des Coach Agile et Scrum Masters, pour cultiver et construire la culture et les pratiques Agiles dans l’organisation.
  • Donner l’exemple et avoir du plaisir

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPÉRIENCE :

  • Bonnes compétences et connaissances en matière de leadership au service des autres, de facilitation, de connaissance de la situation, de résolution de conflit, d’amélioration continue, d’autonomisation et d’accroissement de la transparence.
  • Expérience pertinente dans des environnements de conception technologique et d’opérations TI (Atout)
  • Expérience minimale de 5 ans dans le domaine des TI.
  • Au moins 3 ans d'expérience Agile pertinente comme Scrum Master ou Coach Agile
  • Certifications PMI / Scrum sont des atouts importants.
  • Connaissance de Microsoft TFS
  • Français et anglais
