Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Staff Pharmacist to join our team. As a Staff Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced pharmacist with a passion for patient care and acute care settings.

Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate and timely dispensing of medications to patients
  2. Review medication orders for appropriateness and potential drug interactions
  3. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient-specific medication therapy plans
  4. Provide drug information and counseling to patients and healthcare providers
  5. Monitor patient response to medication therapy and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  6. Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and provide clinical recommendations
  7. Maintain accurate records of all medications dispensed and interventions made

Experience:

  1. Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited school of pharmacy
  2. Current pharmacist license in the state of practice
  3. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and pediatric pharmacotherapy
  4. Proficient in medication administration techniques
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
