Tus responsabilidades y rol:
- Establecer técnicas apropiadas para la resolución de problemas y realizar Ingeniería y Estudios sólidos y consistentes. Recomendaciones de Garantía de Calidad.
- Tener la responsabilidad y autoridad para tomar decisiones relacionadas con la calidad del producto, incluyendo la disposición del producto no conforme.
- Participar en la investigación de quejas de clientes para áreas bajo su control.
- Demostrar y promover activamente el más alto nivel de disciplina profesional de ingeniería de control de calidad.
- Ser líder en estándares QSR, ISO/MDD dentro de su grupo, estar constantemente al tanto de las mejores prácticas de la industria.
- Tener experiencia significativa en ingeniería de validación y estar familiarizado con todas las regulaciones requisitos.
- Revisar y aprobar datos operativos, de prueba y de validación para establecer especificaciones y estándares de desempeño para productos recién diseñados o modificados y procesos.
- Defender la mejora continua y la innovación desde una perspectiva de calidad dentro del departamento desde la selección de proveedores hasta el conocimiento/satisfacción del cliente.
- Ser un miembro eficaz del equipo, estar plenamente motivado para lograr y demostrar las mejores prácticas. en línea con el departamento y los objetivos de LRP.
- Trabajar con EHS para identificar impactos ambientales significativos de las operaciones de la empresa y ayudar a establecer metas y objetivos en torno a impactos ambientales significativos.
- Tratar con proveedores, otras disciplinas de ingeniería dentro y fuera del sitio y clientes si surge la necesidad.
- Proporcionar orientación técnica al ingeniero de calidad, ingenieros de calidad asociados, técnicos y personal de inspección.
- Incorporar calidad en todos los aspectos del trabajo manteniendo el cumplimiento de todos los requisitos de calidad.

Requisitos
- Licenciatura de Ingeniería, Ciencias o experiencia equivalente con experiencia mínima de 8 años en el ámbito sanitario.
- 5-8 años de experiencia en el dispositivo médico / producto combinado
- Experiencia en química ventajosa.
- Experiencia en introducción de nuevos productos.
- Trabajador de equipo con fuerte ética de trabajo y mentalidad positiva.
- Fuerte redacción y comprensión. Habilidades de comunicación verbal, con excelente gestión de stakeholders.
- Fuerte conocimiento técnico y experiencia. comprensión del diseño del producto.
- Se valorará experiencia en gestión de personas.
