Votre rôle :

Nous recherchons un opérateur de machine CNC talentueux et motivé pour travailler sur notre centre d'usinage vertical Mazak VTC-250D. Vous serez un élément clé dans notre processus de production et de l'opération pour assurer des usinages de précision. Vos tâches incluront :

  • Préparer et configurer la machine pour chaque projet, en respectant les spécifications techniques et les délais.
  • Superviser l'usinage des pièces, en garantissant une qualité constante.
  • Effectuer des contrôles réguliers de la machine et des outils pour assurer un fonctionnement optimal.
  • Collaborer avec l'équipe technique pour optimiser les processus et résoudre les problèmes éventuels.

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience en tant qu'opérateur de machine CNC, idéalement sur des machines Mazak.
  • Connaissance du système Mazatrol, un atout majeur pour ce poste.
  • Capacité à lire et interpréter des plans techniques et des spécifications de production.
  • Sens du détail et rigueur dans le travail.
  • Esprit d'équipe et bonnes compétences en communication.
