Overview
We are seeking a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property law and conveyancing processes, ensuring smooth property transactions for our clients.

We are CQS regulated and have full Lexcel accreditation.

Duties
- Manage all aspects of residential property transactions from start to finish.
- Handle freehold/leasehold/re-mortgages/transfer of equity matters.
- Liaise with clients, solicitors, and estate agents to facilitate property sales or purchases.
- Conduct property searches and review legal documents.
- Prepare contracts, transfer deeds, and other necessary paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and deadlines.

Skills
- Proficient in IT systems relevant to conveyancing processes.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Good time management abilities to meet deadlines and prioritise tasks.

Business Development
- An interest in marketing and the ability to build relationships would be a distinct advantage.

Pay: From £36,000.00 per year
