Sommaire du poste

Sous la supervision du Chef de groupe, vous assurerez au sein du département de production de Québec, un rôle de soutien sur les bancs de tests et les produits, plus particulièrement sur les produits optiques. Le rôle du Technicien support production est d'assurer une vision d'ensemble des produits qu'il supporte sous l'angle de la qualité, la facilité de fabrication et la satisfaction du client. Le Technicien support production développe une compréhension approfondie des lignes de produits sous sa responsabilité.

Votre rôle

  • Analyse les causes de défaillances des produits et propose des solutions;

  • Supporte les équipes de production dans son champ d'activités ;

  • Assume un rôle de formateur ;

  • Analyse les causes de bris répétitifs en production et propose des solutions;

  • Apporte son support aux centres de services Exfo ;

  • Participe au déploiement de nouveaux produits en production;

  • Analyse les causes de reprises (first year pass) et les DACs des produits conjointement avec les PSL ;

  • Initie et participe activement dans les situations d’arrêt manufacturier conjointement avec la R&D et les PSL ;

  • Prépare et rédige des rapports synthèse de ses observations ;

Compétences techniques

  • Connaissances de l'optique et de l’électronique (atout)

  • Connaissance de l’environnement Windows/Microsoft Office et Teststand (atout),

  • Connaissance des produits et environnements logiciel EXFO

Aptitudes requises

  • Curieux, analytique et aimer apprendre des nouvelles technologies

  • Très bon sens de l’analyse

  • Autonome et capable d’exécuter plusieurs taches à la fois et faire plusieurs suivie simultanément.

  • Bon sens de l’organisation et une bonne capacité de gérer son temps et son travail et échéances

  • Aimer travailler en équipe et relever les défis

  • En mesure de prendre l’ownership de divers dossiers

  • Orienté vers le client, l’action et le résultat

Expérience pertinente :

  • 2 années d’expérience

Exigence linguistique :

  • Bonne communication orale et écrite (français)

  • Anglais intermédiaire

Formation :

  • DEC ou AEC en technologie physique ou toute autre formation pertinente.
