Ontario Government Client is actively seeking a QA Specialist. As a QA Specialist, where is your expertise in critical healthcare systems. With a focus on public sector experience and proficiency in MuleSoft API Integration testing, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the seamless functionality of essential government services.

Note: The candidate is present on-site for three days each week.

Must have:

  • 3+ years of experience with federal/provincial/broader public-sector healthcare providers

  • Knowledge of Public Sector Enterprise Architecture artifacts and processes

  • Experience with MuleSoft API Integration testing for real-time and batch integrations with COVAXON

Nice to Have

Accessibility testing experience

Criteria

  • Public Sector Experience

    • 3+ years of experience with public-sector healthcare providers

    • Familiarity with industry standards like PMI and Public Sector I&IT project management methodologies

    • Proficiency in adhering to Public Sector Unified I&IT Project Methodology

  • QA and Systems Testing Knowledge and Experience

    • 7+ years of experience as a Systems Testing/QA Specialist

    • Expertise in all stages of system testing, including strategy, test planning, execution, and defect tracking

    • Proficiency in automated test script development and MuleSoft API Integration testing

    • Experience with diverse testing systems and methodologies

  • Logging, Tracking, and Defect Reporting

    • 7+ years of experience in identifying, documenting, and prioritizing issues and risks

    • Proficiency in maintaining defect logs and summary reports using tools like Jira or Confluence

    • Active participation in QA and cross-functional team meetings

  • General Skills

    • Strong technical leadership skills

    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities

    • Effective communication and consulting skills

    • Exceptional customer service skills and detail-oriented approach
