Job Tasks:

· Contributes to the effectiveness of development projects by analyzing, designing, and evolving the architecture of clients' environments in line with their current and future structure and needs.

· Work with project managers, architects, and development teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget and most importantly true to scope.

· Communicate regularly with external clients regarding the progress, challenges, timelines, and results of their projects.

· Designs, documents, and develops user-friendly and scalable technological solutions according to the client's architecture and development framework.

· Ensures that the solution meets the customer's technical, functional, and non-functional requirements as well as standards and architecture.

· Ensures the solution implementation is compatible with the architectural needs of the customer.

· Support developers in their learning and progression.

· Contribute to the consistency and quality of developments by participating in joint code reviews, following best practices in development and testing.

· Work in an Agile development environment, be part of the SCRUM team and contribute to the improvement of the internal functioning of the team.

Description of the challenges to be met:

· You will be responsible for delivering an efficient, accurate and customer-centric fulfillment and delivery experience.

Expectations after six months:

· Knows their field of expertise and can contribute to innovations in projects.

· Exercises functional leadership in his team.

· Demonstrate the ability to easily develop good interpersonal relationships by communicating effectively.

· Proactive approach in forming a positive team culture.

Expectations after twelve months:

· Guides Yaksa's technological orientation and the choice of its tools.

· Maintain the latest knowledge on new technological versions.

· Support the company in sales cycles as well as project definition phases.

· Makes recommendations for the development and implementation of complex files or projects.

Qualifications

Experience:

· 5 to 10 years of experience in Back End Development (.Net)

· Strong understanding of the foundations and architectures of the Web in a .NET environment

· Experience as a Lead of a development team

· Experience in technical customer support

· Experience in architecture - an asset

· Experience in the development of ecommerce platforms or CMS such as Optimizely, Umbraco, is a plus

· Knowledge of React, VueJS, TypeScript, Azure DevOps technologies is a plus.

· Has very good communication skills in French and English

· Is autonomous: knows how to plan and organize his work by clearly setting priorities

· Is passionate, likes to solve technological puzzles

· Embrace change: don't accept the status quo
