Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide detailed information about available units.
  2. Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure lease agreements and handle lease renewals.
  3. Maintain excellent phone etiquette while responding to inquiries and scheduling appointments.
  4. Deliver exceptional customer service to current and prospective tenants.
  5. Utilize sales techniques to effectively promote available properties and close deals.
  6. Utilize Yardi or similar software for managing leasing activities.
  7. Assist with filing, office tasks, and administrative duties as needed.
  8. Collaborate with the property management team to ensure efficient operation of the leasing process.
  9. Process move ins and move outs.
  10. Compile lease applications to submit for approval.
  11. Perform data entry accurately and in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  1. Prior experience in property management or real estate is preferred.
  2. Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
  3. Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
  4. Familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
  5. Ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.
  6. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
