Help our customers serve something special – join our team today.

Responsibilities
  • Smile, make eye contact and greet customers while taking requests
  • Prepare meat products including special orders as required
  • Provide exceptional service
  • Keep your meat department area clean, well-stocked and organized
  • Handle and present products in a way that highlights and safeguards their quality
  • Comply with company meat standards and food safety regulations
  • Know the various cuts, benefits and ways to serve meats in your store
  • Look for creative ways to merchandise your products to your customers
  • Support national, regional and store merchandising programs
  • Contribute to a safe, positive and fun environment
  • Provide technical training to your teammates as required
  • Other duties as assigned by leadership
Requirements
  • Previous work experience in meat cutting. Additional training is available.
  • Ability to work independent in a fast-paced environment
  • Excited about the products we offer and how to present them to customers
  • Enjoys helping customers and teammates
