The job
We are sure that you have an idea about what working with us is like, but just in case here are some of the highlights on what your job will entail:
- Prepare all products according to approved procedures and uses approved equipment.
- Maintain courteous interaction with customers at all times.
- Initiate actions to correct customer complaints and refer serious customer concerns to management immediately.
- Ensure all products are packaged in approved wrapping containers.
- Ensure all products/supplies are rotated in and out in storage.
- Ensure the recording and flowing of all holding times.
- Monitor and maintain all product/supply levels and notify management when levels are low.
- Ensure all stored products/supplies are maintained in approved containers and stored in approved equipment.
- Ensure working conditions of food preparation equipment and notify management immediately when equipment requires repair.
- Ensure production area is organized.
- Ensure production/service areas are cleaned according to corporate procedures and use approved cleansing agents.
- Ensure personal hygiene and use approved cleansing agents.
- Adhere to corporate sanitation procedures and policies.
- Ensure adherence to Health and Safety guidelines and communicate concerns to management immediately.
- Ensure appearance is neat, professional and clean at all times.
- Up-sell at every opportunity and the ability to work shifts (evening and/or weekends).
- Keep all surfaces clean and sanitary to ensure the safety for our guests, fellow crew members, and yourself.

While previous experience working in food service or retail as a barista, server, sales associate, cashier, team member, or customer sales representative is always helpful and appreciated, what is most important is who you are.
