Analyst, Financial Planning & Analysis

The FP&A Analyst will be supporting the FP&A team through the coding and tracking of invoices for major projects and initiatives. The analyst will be responsible for ensuring correct coding of invoices and help facilitate monthly, quarterly, and yearly analysis vs plan. This individual will partner with various internal stakeholders and external vendors to help align data needs with the level of details required for analysis. In addition to data processing and reconciliation this individual will help support the development of documentation of current invoicing processes as well as help train internal stakeholders on invoicing processes and best practices. The FP&A analyst will also support variance analysis as well as ad-hoc analysis when required.

Key Goals & Tasks:
  • Invoice coding & tracking
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders & external vendors
  • Assist in variance analysis and basic financial analysis.
  • Develop documentation for invoice processing & best practices.
  • Become a subject matter expert on project invoicing.


What You Bring:
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Suite User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Knowledge of invoicing systems is a nice to have but not necessary (Concur Expense/ Invoice etc.)
  • Financial Analysis (Basic)
  • Good understanding of accounting principles & concepts
  • Knowledge of Essbase, Hyperion is a nice to have
  • Knowledge of PowerBI or visualization software is a nice to have
  • Exhibits strong desire to learn and be curious.
  • Strong people skills, including ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively using cross-functional approach.
  • Strong oral and written communication, organization and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail, ensure accurate reporting.
  • Ability to meet various deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at 1165 Leslie Street, Toronto, Ontario #LI-Hybrid
