  1. Accueillir tous les clients poliment et avec courtoisie.
  2. Faire la promotion des produits et des services auprès des clients, les aider à localiser la marchandise et à prendre des décisions d’achat.
  3. Résoudre les problèmes des clients et transmettre les préoccupations à la direction, le cas échéant.
  4. Maintenir la présentation de l’aire de vente en veillant à stocker la marchandise et à sa rotation, en retirant les produits endommagés ou périmés, en mettant en place et en entretenant les présentoirs de produits et en ajoutant l’affichage et le prix des marchandises.
  5. Assurer le traitement adéquat des réclamations et des retours, sécuriser la marchandise, repérer les articles à coulage élevé et maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire conformément aux politiques et procédures de l’entreprise.
  6. Réceptionner et stocker les marchandises, utiliser l’équipement de manière appropriée, gérer les documents administratifs, les registres et les autres documents requis.
  7. Transmettre, le cas échéant, les questions relatives au service et aux transactions à un gérant au service à la clientèle.
  8. Stocker les marchandises et les sélections, et les déstocker s’il y a lieu. Installer des dispositifs de sécurité sur les articles, au besoin. Installer et remplir les modules, y compris les modules flexibles, et mettre en place de nouvelles tablettes.
