We are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This position is full-time and would require you to work some weekends.

Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner
  • General cleaning of the common areas of the building (Lobbies, elevator, stairwells, windows) and amenity areas (laundry rooms, social rooms, swimming pools, recreation rooms) including sweeping, vacuuming & mopping.
  • Thorough cleaning of vacant suites including cleaning appliances, walls, windows, kitchen, washrooms, balconies.
  • Exterior cleaning duties including general maintenance of underground garage and parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios and rooftops (Varies by property) and picking up loose garbage/debris around the property.
  • Report any serious deficiency about curb appeal or safety or hazard to Resident Manager.
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team and take direction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years related experience.
  • Customer service skills.
  • A pleasant demeanour.
  • Must be able to lift and push heavy objects (furniture, garbage bins, appliances, etc).
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to perform in a team environment.
