We are currently seeking an Associate Lawyer to join our existing Corporate and Commercial practice located in the thriving uptown business district of Toronto, conveniently located above the Yonge/Sheppard subway station. The ideal candidate will possess superior relationship management skills and strong business acumen. He or she will be responsible for contributing to the continued success of our well-established practice and will also demonstrate a willingness to advance the growth of the firm.

The successful candidate will be a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario and have at least 3 years of extensive legal experience in corporate and commercial matters including business purchase and sale transactions, implementing share re-organizations and estate freezes, and drafting and negotiating shareholders’ agreements and commercial contracts. It is considered an asset if the candidate possesses a small but growing book of business.
