Position: Offsite/ On-site Plumber
Location: Modular Facility- Brantford
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Install plumbing systems in offsite modular units
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation procedures.
• Collaborate closely with construction teams to meet project requirements.
• Conduct inspections and testing of plumbing systems for compliance with regulations.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide timely solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Perform On-site Connections

Requirements:

• Proven construction experience as a plumber, with a willingness to master and lead plumbing initiatives in a modular offsite setting.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and standards.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid plumbing license or certification
• Red Seal Plumber an asset
