Responsibilities: The Senior Business Systems Analyst responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Lead the citizen engagement sessions leveraging design thinking methodologies.
  • Align business and clinical programs with digital health opportunities.
  • Perform gap analysis between program objectives and proposed digital health initiatives.
  • Document user requirements.
  • Support the user experience interface design.
  • Support program design.
  • As necessary, work with SNB to support systems analysis, design, development, and implementation.
  • Lead the development of deliverables such as:
    • Information flow modelling.
    • Workflow and activity diagrams.
    • Context Diagrams.
    • Business Modelling.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered).

10+ years of demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst including requirements gathering, facilitation, use case analysis and detailed design activities.

3+ years of demonstrated eHealth experience as a Senior Business Systems Analyst.

Must be available to work in Fredericton, NB upon assignment of contract.

Desirable Skills And Experience

  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience as an SBSA in analysis where multiple businesses, systems and domains need be considered from an enterprise view.
  • 5+ Demonstrated experience with facilitation, resulting in clear and concise user stories and business use cases.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience with facilitation, resulting in clear and concise user stories and business use cases.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in documenting workflow processes and use cases.
  • 10+ years of demonstrated experience in facilitation of business requirements gathering sessions.
  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience as an SBSA working directly with Identity as a Service (IDaaS) solutions.
  • Written and spoken competency in English is required.
